ADAM'S COLORADO TRIP

Adam went to Colorado last week with Papa and DD and boy, did he have a FUN time! They stayed at DD's brother's condo in Keystone and went hiking, biking (30 miles one day!), kayaking, horseback riding, swimming and Alpine Sliding. He loved having his new bike (thanks again, Papa!) and was not ready to come home! We missed our boy though, so we were ready!

DAY WITH EMILY KAYE

With Adam on his way to Colorado Sunday, we spent a fun day with Miss Emily. We had a LOT of lemonade leftover from Saturday's Brownie pool party at our house, so we decided to set up a lemonade stand. After convincing Emily that we really shouldn't charge $5.00 per glass, she made up a sign that said FREE, so we could just get rid of it! Several neighbors stopped by and a few even paid her a quarter!

After all that selling, we were ready for lunch. Emily found a heart-shaped BBQ potato chip!
Next it was off to Washington Park for some playground time.

2ND PLACE CHAMPS!

The end of the year tournament was this week and our Devil Rays came in 2nd place! The championship game was Saturday night and we played a team we beat twice during the regular season, so it was a tough loss for our boys...19-16. They played a really good game though and we've had a great season!

ADAM'S NEW BIKE!

Adam really needed a new bike this summer since he had pretty much outgrown his old one. After checking out several bike shops, we found one at Bike Tek that he just loved. It's a Dimondback All-Terrain bike that should last him 3 years. The bike is a gift from Papa and Adam's looking forward to taking it to Colorado on their trip next week!
